I like to massage my thighs while watching TV. It is very easy, just make movements from knee to upper body, this is the right direction. From upper body to knee is wrong direction. Other good way is to punch skin of the thigh deeply, but don’t do it too strong, the idea is to improve blood circulation, not to hurt yourself.
