Butt Toning Exercises – WTF?

It is female nature to search for butt toning exercises. What is toning? Toning is nothing! You need to workout hard to get nice buttocks. Do you believe celebrities just tone there body? No, they workout hard and follow diet plan to maintain lean and sexy looking body.

What you need to have celebrity butt?

1. Do HARD butt exercises - gluteus maximum (the butt muscle) is the biggest muscle in your body and it needs hard work and butt toning exercises will do nothing. Just toning your butt is doing nothing. Your buttocks need really intense exercise to build these muscles and give you nicely rounded bun.

2. There is NO exercises to workout ONLY butt. Exercises that workout the buttocks also workout thighs and in most cases contain some type of squat. That’s why in the video above there are different variations of squats.

3. Which is the best butt exercise? Squat is the best butt exercises and I recommend doing it with big weight. Start with your bodyweight and gradually add dumbbells. Every woman can squat with her half bodyweight. For example if you weigh 150 pounds I bet that after a month of workout you can squat with 75 pounds.

4. Which is second best butt exercise? I love hip thrusts and I am sure you will love them too, cause this exercise workouts not only buttocks but also back of the thigh. I bet next day after doing above video your back thigh will sore (but in a good way). Hip thrust is when you lie, step on a chair and move your butt up and down, start with both legs on a chair – do hip thrusts this way. When you start to feel this easy, try to do it on one leg, as I do in the video.

5. Can I just tone my butt and see results? As I said above, toning sounds very light, and you need hard exercises to shape buns.

6. Do I need to follow a diet plan or butt toning exercises are enough? Yes, you need to eat healthy with calorie deficit to burn fat, exercises alone will not help you to lose fat. And forget for toning – workout hard!
