Arm Exercises for Women at Home

Arm exercises for women can be easily done at home because you don’t need any equipment. Actually best arm toning exercises use bodyweight. In the video below I use a mineral water bottle (you can use dumbbell if you have) and my bodyweight.

How to get rid of flabby arms?

What is flabby arm? Your arms consist of bones, muscle, fat and skin. The flabby thing around your arm is fat. You can influence arm muscles by doing arm exercises. Muscles cells get bigger when you exercise muscle. The reason is because fat cell has memory and you can “tell” muscle cell to grow. The fat cell is fat and you can’t “tell” anything to a fat cell.

So no matter how much you exercise, the fat will not understand what you want to tell it. Or the flabby thing around your arm doesn’t get benefit from exercising the arm.

How to burn arm fat (flabby arms)? The only way is to increase your total body metabolic rate (by exercises) and have calorie deficit (eat a little bit less than usual). Which is the best diet to tone flabby arms? The best diet approach is to eat only food that existed many years (200-300) ago. For example did chips exist 300 years ago? No, but the potatoes exist. And how they prepare potatoes years ago? – they bake or boil them. Another example: did this waffle exist 200 years ago? – No, so don’t eat it. Eat simple foods that are not made from the other ingredients instead of existing as they are – meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts (be aware that 100 grams (4 ounces) have app. 600 calories, so eat 25 grams (1 ounce) per serving).

Start to eat natural foods and after couple of days you will discover that you feel more satisfied by food and you don’t think about eating all the time. This is because the quality of food is high and you also get health benefits from it.
