Hi Friend :) I started to exercise more than 10 years ago and I went trough long gym routines, aerobics, pilates, yoga and finally I found a way to exercise at my home. I exercise almost every day (5 times per week) but I do it in a clever way – short and intense. I don’t spend more than 15-20 minutes per day to exercise and I am in my best shape, feeling healthy, fit and younger :-) I also love to eat and I do it every day. Yes, I eat to maintain my good shape and you must eat too if you want to look good and be healthy. The trick is in what you eat and my choice is for real, natural food that existed even before 300 years. I don’t eat anything that didn’t exist before 300 (or more) years. Eating natural food and regular exercise, almost every day (but just1 5 minutes), is my secret for good health and feeling in a perfect shape.
